Well, we do not have a fixed cancellation policy in place as we believe it might not a fair thing to do. Our Cancellation & Refund policy vary depending on the date of travel, season etc.
But, to give you an idea on what to expect, we follow the following. Please note, the booking date is the date we receive the advance payment in our bank account.
- From payment date till 60 days prior to start date - 100 % of the booking cost will be refunded
- From payment date till 30 days prior to start date - 80 % of the booking cost will be refunded
- From payment date till 15 days prior to start date - Amount Refunded from the hotels will be refunded - We will keep you updated on this.
- No refund applicable if you are cancelling with in a window 15 days before your start date - We will still try to recover the money from resorts but not guaranteed.
- No refund applicable on bookings in peak season (December 10 to January 5)
- No refund applicable on extended holiday ( 3 day) weekends in India and Deepavali holidays every year.
