Day 1 – Munnar

You will be received at Cochin International airport/railway station by Green Hope Tourism representative. From here you will proceed to Munnar (140 kms – 4 hours). On the way to Munnar you may visit Cheeyappara, Valara waterfalls. You can also visit the spice plantation on the journey.

Stay overnight at the resort.

Day 2 – Sightseeing at Munnar

You may have your breakfast from the resort and proceed for the sightseeing. Today you may visit the following attractions in and around Munnar.

1. Eravikulam national Park
2. Mattuppetty dam
3. Kundala lake
4. Honey bee tree
5. Pothamedu view point
6. Blossom park
7. Echo point.

Day 3 – Thekkady

Please have your breakfast and check out by 8:00 am. Please proceed to Thekkady (110 kms – 3 hours). Thekkady is famous for its abundance in wildlife and natural beauty. Upon arrival, do the boating in the Periyar lake. If you are lucky, you may spot some wild animals life elephants, bore etc. By evening you can try our elephant ride.

Day 4 – Kumarakom

Have your breakfast and drive to Kumarakom. Kumarakom is a small backwater village 120 kms away from Thekkady. This sleepy backwater village is known for its natural beauty. This is an ideal place for couples to relax and rejuvenate. Check in the resort and enjoy the facilities.

Day 5 – Houseboat

Today can be the most exciting day of your trip. Have your breakfast and check out by 11:00 am. Please check in the houseboat by around 12:00 pm. You can enjoy your lunch on the boat while it goes into the vast backwaters. The paddy fields, Coconut plantations, village life & numerous small canals form a visual appeal to you.

Day 6 – Kovalam

Please have the breakfast and check out by 9:00 am and proceed to Kovalam (160 kms – 4 hours).Kovalam is the well-known beach destination in Kerala. The beautiful beaches spread across many kilometers add beauty to it. Check in the resort and relax. You may also enjoy the serene beaches by evening.

Day7 – Sightseeing and departure.

Please check out by 8:00 am and visit Sree Padmanabha Swamy temple. Please do the darshan. You may also visit zoo, Napier museum, horse palace etc. We will drop you at Trivandrum airport or railway station by evening.
